Refund policy

Returns/Exchanges accepted within 5 days of receiving with contact to us by email only.  One time Exchange/Return authorized only. Free shipping purchases are Exchange only. All shipping costs on Returns/Exchanges are on the buyer. Items must be in new sellable condition with tags. Borrowed beauties/Mega Parties are not returnable.  No exchange or returns on Holiday/Seasonal/ Capsule/Collection items. Rise workout, Resort, Cami, Biker Shorts, Leggings, Body Suits, Seamless Tanks/Shorts, Dream Nightgowns & Pajama sets are not returnable.  All discount sales Final.  Not responsible for the delivery service once it leaves our store and tracks.  Custom orders are altered product so therefore not returnable & inspected for damage prior.  Customs ship in 3-5 days sometimes earlier.  Please do not reply to a No Reply invoice, shipping notice or sales emails.  Any communications needs or concerns do not forward or reply to an email, please send a NEW email to lularoemtburgdorf@gmail.com.
